Technical Field Sales Support Administrator Job Opening in Clark, New jersey - Position: Technical Field Sales Support Administrator
KARNAK (Clark, NJ) an leading coating, cement and sealant manufacturer to the roofing, waterproofing and air barrier industry is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Technical Field Sales Support. This position will be based out of the corporation office in Clark, NJ.
The Technical Field Sales Support Administrator is responsible for conducting inspections, evaluating conditions and performing testing as needed to maintain performance standards for technical requirements or issues. Champion training efforts and respond to customers inquires to promote quality installations.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating conditions and perform testing on roofs such as moisture probing, test cuts and adhesion evaluation.
Effectively write technical reports and letters in response to customer inquiries that are consistent with current product and system specifications.
Train contractors, distributors, building owners, architects and specifiers on the proper selection and use of products in order to maintain installation quality.
Provide technical support to sales groups with responses given in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree desired, ideally in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or Construction Management. High school diploma and 4 years minimum work experience in the roofing or construction industry will be considered.
Proven experience in working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
Must be currently living or willing to relocate to Northern/Central NJ area.
