Our client is looking for a person that can work with limited supervision, knows their way around an office, and who is very proactive. We need someone who is good at figuring things out and can make things happen. Knowlege of property and casualty insurance is a plus. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provides administrative support to the leadership team ? May assist in budget preparation and control activities ? May coordinate department documentation and process requirements ? May coordinate departmental policies and procedures with local management team ? May assist in execution of and planning of tasks associated with product /system development. ? Administers and enforces programs, projects, and/or process directives by the executive supported ? Exercises some independent judgment and discretion within parameters of defined company or departmental policies ? Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations ? Other duties as assigned.
