Job Summary:
Results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Sales to existing customers will be for upgrade purposes, promoting the value of our new product suite, while retaining the customer.
Responsibilities:
Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential accounts
Present, promote and sell product and services using solid techniques to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to existing customers for upgrades and potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Manage sales communication via email, phone, and in-person
Analyze territory and market potential
Maintain sales & opportunity management in CRM
Report on customer needs regularly, including problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Willingness to travel for conferences and on-site demonstrations
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within plan
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Participate in researching clinical trials, education opportunities, adding value to sales knowledge
Requirements:
3+ Years in Sales
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Experience in healthcare sales preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Ability to understand product suite and options
Education:
High School diploma required
BS/BA degree preferred
