Helpdesk Analyst Job Opening in San Diego, California - Helpdesk Analyst entry level support opening for an awesome client in the downtown financial district. the ideal candidate will have basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and a desire to deliver world class customer service. if you are enthusiastic, outgoing and passionate about helping solve technical issues this is the role for you. if interested in learning more send your resume to this helpdesk analyst will be joining a large team already in place to support internal and external personnel (1700+ internal users). the environment will be all windows (xp/7/8/10/365), the most common issues will be to troubleshooting the ms office suite, exchange issues, mobile devices (ios, android, blackberry), outlook 07/10/13 and have some tcp/ip knowledge. the most important quality for this role will be customer service and communication skills as you will be working with a high volume of people throughout the day over the phone. any mac experience is a big plus.
