Director of Business Development- TeleHealth- REMOTE
TeleHealth Solution, the nation?s leading post-acute care and rural health telemedicine provider, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the strategic growth across an assigned multi-state territory. The main responsibilities are to plan, develop, and execute the overall business development and client retention strategies.
Our company prides itself on our people, process, and approach to selling our telemedicine program. You will be given all the necessary tools and resources to be successful in this position and maximize your income. Your prospect pipeline is composed of over 5,000 potential clients. The opportunity to sell is /Essential Functions
1. Plan, develop, organize and implement new and existing business development opportunities.
2. Initiates contact with prospect clients through cold calling, emails, and face to face meeting.
3. Aggressively purse targeted accounts with a focus on increasing market share.
4. Perform ongoing account retention activities to new and existing client facilities ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and utilization is attained.
5. Utilize CRM platform to promote developing and maintaining data collection.
6. Enhance the brand and visibility of TeleHealth Solution by attending industry trade shows and professional organizations.
7. Any other projects requested by senior leadership for the benefit of the organizations goals.
Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of progressive healthcare sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
Strong knowledge of post-acute care industry including but not limited to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and continuing care retirement communities.
Ability to prospect, sell, negotiate, and close complex sales cycle contracts.
Confident enthusiastic personality with a track record of successful sales ventures.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional service oriented relationships.
Ability to work independently and operate in a self-motivated professional environment.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Frequent travel within defined multi-state geographic area.
Ability to utilize a CRM system.
B.S degree required, masters : base + commission
Estimated Salary: $90,000+Reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development
