Currently we are seeking District Sales Representatives (DSR?s) to join our tenacious, agile, and committed Sales Team in Pocatello, ID area. This fast-paced role is responsible for securing new profitable customers and selling our high quality products to our valued customers and helping them continually grow their sales. It is essential this person have a demonstrated passion for bringing new profitable customers to Boyd?s and for providing excellent care, advice and customer service in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
The primary duties of this position include the following;
Responsible for regularly acquiring new profitable business by creating and managing a robust pipeline of target customers and taking the necessary, appropriate and timely actions required to advance them in the pipeline and close on the new business.
Acts as a trusted business partner advising current customers on ways to grow their business including new products, promotions and adding additional Boyd?s products to their customer portfolios.
Builds and maintains excellent relationships with our customers.
Continually seek value add opportunities for Boyd?s and customers and prospects.
Conducts brew demonstrations; presents proposals; makes recommendations on ways target and current customers can increase cup sales and profitability; conducts business reviews that support profitable sales growth strategies for customers and for Boyd?s.
Professionally marketing our coffee, food, beverage and equipment products.
Ensures right products and services at the right price at the right time for customers and shopping their shelves to identify additional opportunities to grow sales with them.
Effectively managing the inventory ordered to ensure product quality.
Ensures coffee brewing systems and other beverage equipment are consistently functioning at optimum levels to provide consistent high quality and to boost cup sales. Qualifications for this position:
