Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Experience Requirements:
Quickbooks ? High Level Experience ? including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, filling tax reports and paying tax, paying liabilities, creating and filing W2, running reports, and reconciling accounts
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Professional & courteous to employees and customers
Preferred Experience:
Microsoft Office
Access
Google Calendar
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Work with accountant to maintain books and tax preparation
Track Job Expense
Supervise office help
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Post Weekly Reports to service email as requested
Pull permits and schedule inspections
Other miscellaneous clerical work as needed
Run Aging report and make collection calls
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
