Outreach Coordinator Job Opening in Clementon, New jersey - Summary:
Center for Family services is seeking responsible and organized individual to fill the Outreach Coordinator position for the Navigator Exchange Program. This program provides trained Navigators to assist people in obtaining health coverage in the seven counties in southern New Jersey. The Navigator Exchange Program helps consumers understand health care options and assists consumers in completing applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Outreach Coordinator assists in promoting the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace to consumers, small businesses and community partners through development of community events and partnerships, as well as assist with eligibility, plan selections and enrollment for the healthcare marketplace. The Outreach Coordinator will develop marketing materials and implement effective outreach strategies for direct service staff. This individual will develop and promote relationships with community agencies, represent the program and agency in the community, and act as the media contact for the program. This position requires excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to conduct public speaking events. The schedule for this position is generally Monday through Friday but require some evening and weekend hours.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to conduct public speaking events
Flexibility to work evening and weekends
2 years healthcare and/ or human services marketing experience
Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
Vehicle with current insurance and registration
