Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Culver City, California - The Benchmark Windows & Doors is aggressively seeking qualified outside sales representatives for our Greater Los Angeles showroom. Our tremendous growth is the result of our 27-year focus on high-end architecturally designed residential projects. We offer an amazing portfolio of window and door products for the luxury residential market.
Our sales representatives are industry experts who work directly with architects, interior designers, and general contractors. We desire sales representatives who have a ?hunter? mentality and who strive to build their book of business into their own empire.

2+ years of experience in building materials sales, preferably windows, doors, and hardware
Bachelors Degree in sales, marketing or related field (4+ years of experience without Bachelors Degree)
Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
Entrepreneur?s mindset
Detail-oriented
Provide superior customer service
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strives to continually grow revenue through networking, prospecting and cold calling
Experienced in architectural presentations
Prepares accurate quotations based on customer?s needs
