Description
The Account Executive position is a senior consultative field sales position within our commercial sales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for Practice Management, Medical Billing, and Electronic Healthcare Records software sales within the Business to Business customer demographic segment.
Receives sales leads from CRM and generate leads by outbound calls to client?s accounts.
Market products within your territory: attend trade shows, provide product information.
Call on prospects to schedule qualified leads for demonstrations.
Attend networking events.
Schedule and facilitate product demonstrations best suited to customer needs.
Secure appointments with account decision makers.
Perform business reviews with clients on a scheduled basis.
Maintain accurate records of existing and prospective client information.
Maintain relationships with current customers by follow-up contact and consultation after the sale.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Coordinates sales lead follow up calls and/or demonstrations of our products.
Maintain relationships with current customers by follow-up contact and consultation after the sale.
Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Identifies current and future client?s requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product and service requirements.
Keeps detailed and accurate notes of all client activities in CRM systems.
Work closely with Client Experience team to ensure clients have a positive
Complete Health Checks for TRAKnet Professional Billing clients in a timely manner.
Responsible for onboarding, monitoring, and implementation of new clients.
Qualifications
Required:
Must live in New York or New Jersey
Ability to work in fast pace environment is a must.
6 months-1 years using medical Practice Management or EMR / EHR software experience highly preferred.
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Basic IT knowledge and healthcare experience is
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone skills, an engaging phone presence with the ability to create and use call scripts.
Excellent organizational, prospecting, territory management, and closing skills.
Professional appearance, articulate, and good presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, persistent, and self-confident.
Good computer skills.
20-40% travel required.
Must be able to travel throughout sales territory.
