Accounting/Admin Clerk Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - A busy Residential Property Management Company is seeking an individual to support the accounting department, in both accounting and clerical functions.

Responsibilities:
Prepare multiple bank reconciliations
Scan to the bank and record non-rent deposits into the Yardi accounting software
Print and distribute financial reporting packages monthly
Print and distribute vacancy reports to the field and confirm the correctness of the reports
Record journal entries
Assist with month end closing procedures
Provide assistance and support to the Accounting team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years experience a MUST
Excel experience
Microsoft Office experience
Bank Reconciliation experience a MUST
Yardi accounting software experience a big plus
Property Management experience a plus
