FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Accounts payable
? Accounts receivable
? Payroll review & processing
? General accounting; prepare & post weekly/monthly journal entries
? Bank reconciliations
? Federal and state reporting
? Maintain office supplies
? General administrative work in support of other departments
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Essential Requirements include:
? Prior experience
? Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
? Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
? Very organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize many tasks
? Excellent problem solver
? Ability to keep information strictly confidential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.50 to $16.00 /hour
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Bookkeeping: 1 year
