Financial Controller Job Opening in Fort Worth, Texas - NextStep Recruiting is urgently seeking a Consultant at the Controller level to help cover an immediate leave of absence scheduled for around 4-8 weeks, but could extend longer. Client is located in Fort Worth and is looking for someone with strengths in overseeing the company's corporate accounting function, including stock-based compensation, entire month-end close process, general ledger operations and financial reporting background. Ideal candidate will have degree in Accounting with an MBA or CPA certification as a strong preference. 10+ years of experience in accounting, with previous supervisory and leadership qualities is strongly preferred.
