Nebraska Terriroty Sales Representative Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Reporting to the North Central District Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Ensure that operations are conforming to appropriate standards;
Analyzes the territory/market?s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
Promote the Cascades? Philosophy.
Behavioral competencies required for this position:

Client and action based focus, teamwork and active listening skills.
Technical competencies:
Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
2-5 years of industrial sales or sales in a related field .
Knowledge of Tissue Converting Operations (preferred).
Experience with distribution and business to business relationships (preferred).
This person MUST reside within the territory!
