True Construction is a local roofing Contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing as well as storm-damage related repairs. We are a family-owned company that only hires professional individuals that reflect our values. We are a highly rated roofing company that generates millions in sales each year.
Self-generated leads and high closing percentages are rewarded, some leads will be provided within the storm locations.
Experience in roofing sales is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right candidates; however, you must have an aggressive, go-getter personality.
We handle mortgage checks, billing, and job scheduling for you!
We are a technologically savvy company that utilizes paperless contracts and e-signatures. We also use web-based software for all record keeping of jobs and production. Basic computer skills are required.

You can earn between $500-$5000 per project on residential roofs while commercial roofs can pay out as much as $50,000 or more depending on size. Qualified candidates must possess the following:
A dependable vehicle is a must, and it has to be able to transport a ladder. Small fold-up ladders will fit in most cars. A truck is a plus.
A Smartphone with tethering or hot-spot capability is a must
Must be physically capable of inspecting roofs.
A desire for a career in the roofing industry. Please understand that this is a career path and not just a job. We invest a lot of hard work in teaching you our craft and we are looking for long term relationships.
