Sales Representative Job Opening in Prior Lake, Minnesota - SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Lead the Franchise to exceed all revenue and profitability targets (Residential and Commercial).
Work with leadership to develop annual business plan, company goals for operations, marketing and profitability.
Develop and implement marketing plans with leadership.
Build relationships with property managers, realtors, designers, contractors.
Be Visible and actively market in the identified focus area.
Develop Leads, Estimate Jobs, Close Sales, Deliver WOW Paint Projects, and earn Customer Referrals!
Be committed and understanding of what it means to WOW customers.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements for the well-being of employees and customers
Generate reports and review key metrics to make operational decisions
Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure that proper equipment is used on the job
Have or build experience with project management including materials procurement, color selection, job site safety, etc.
OPERATIONS
Training to include on-site project management and actual painting. This to consist of a minimum 3-6 month process.
Participation and certification in full Operations start up training (this includes sales and marketing, operations and ops systems, technology, practical industry training, business planning)
Generate reports and review key metrics to make operational decisions
Coordination of job logistics including supplies, staffing, time management and quality assurance, customer walk through and payment. The Sales Representative will be an ongoing participant in start to finish of each project.

Post-secondary education or related experience. Experience in painting preferred but not required.
Strong business acumen
Exceptional work ethic and integrity ? coachable and willing to learn.
Valid, clean driving record with reliable transportation.

Independent with proven leadership abilities and passion for leading a team
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to roll up your sleeve to get things done
Strong sense of urgency
Able to lift 50lbs/can climb ladders
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
