Advanced Cable Ties, Inc. is one of the largest, privately owned manufacturers in Massachusetts. Our state-of-the-art molding facility is a full-line manufacturer of cable ties and accessories! We are currently looking for:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER ? MIDWEST EAST REGION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Midwest-East Region: MI, IN, OH, KY, WV, PA
Forecasts and achieves annual growth targets.
Manages all sales activities within the designated geographical area.
Serves as liaison between company, customer service and distributors within the territory.
Inspire existing customers for continued growth.
Open new distribution channels across all strategic markets.
Work closely with regional OEM?s for qualifications and print position.
Lead independent representatives to achieve continued success.
Identify potential new independent representative partnerships.
Evaluates and reports market conditions and competitor activity.
Investigate and present new product opportunities to management.
Timely, accurate reporting to corporate office regarding forecasts, territory reports, expense reports and special projects as assigned.
Home office based with 40% travel.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
8-15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably as District or Regional Manager).
Prefer experience in some/all: Electronic, Electrical, Wire & Cable, Cable Tie Industries.
Must be able to travel 40% of the time away from home base.
Must have good written, verbal and presentation skills.
Must have a valid driver?s license.
Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language.
Experience with CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
College/University degree in relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
