Sales Manager - Infinity by Marvin Division Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - NEWPRO is the exclusive territory dealer for Infinity by Marvin windows. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to expand and grow the division to achieve aggressive sales goals. This individual will be part of the leadership team working directly with Infinity Marvin territory manager and NEWPRO Director of Sales to achieve company set goals and targets for this growing division.
Responsibilities:
Develop, Mentor & Coach a team of product specialists
Meet sales goals and kpis as set by company
Conduct weekly team sales meetings
Teach and train a winning selling system
Work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing teams for lead reviews
Lead by example in the field
Mentor a team to reach required targets
Work with recruiter for hiring new team members
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years sales management experience required
Demonstrate proficiency in in-home sales process and a sales selling system
Ability to identify training opportunities
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of the replacement window industry a plus
Exceptional communication skills - internal and external
Exceptional customer service skills
Goal setter and driver
Motivator
CRM / Software skills (Salesforce platform)
Valid Drivers license
