Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Longmont, Colorado - An enthusiastic, organized, and professional team member is needed to join a rapidly growing national distribution company.
Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point person for answering incoming calls and processing client orders.
The successful candidate must be extremely reliable, possess strong communication skills, and have a demonstrated ability to provide stellar customer service.
Essential Duties:
Answer and screen all incoming calls and respond to queries as appropriate.
Process customer and vendor orders, assist warehouse personnel with inventory management, liaise with salespeople, handle customer returns.
Maintain dedicated client focus list.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish a big ++
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Reliable, Friendly and polite
Possess a strong work ethic
Advanced computer skills a plus, basic
Microsoft office skills a must
High school diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to work under pressure
