Currently we are looking to fill the position of Sales Manager; our search is for those of you that are determined, confident, positive, goal oriented, and enthusiastic. Possess a coachable mentality
Sell No-Contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories
Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
Build and lead a strong sales team
General Duties
Understand customers? needs and help them discover how we meet those needs
Greet and interact with customers in a prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
Coach sales advocates
Multi-task in fast paced environment
Participate in leadership and brainstorming sessions
Communicate process & promotion changes to entire team
Plan & participate in offsite sales events & promotions
Assist with inventory control
Create employee schedules
Enforce company policies
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $25,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
