Corporate Director of Finance and Accounting Job Opening in Franklin, Michigan - Responsibilities:
Work with Corporate Executive Team in planning financial goals/objectives for and maintaining financial stability for the company.
Work with Corporate Executive Team to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives
Responsible for maintaining monthly updates for senior leadership at the corporate and facility levels.
Oversee the month, quarter and year-end close process.
Complete all standard and ad-hoc financial analysis, as needed for the business planning process.
Work with outside CPA in preparation of annual cost report, audit and tax returns.
Develop and maintain working relationship with banks, lenders, auditor, and other relevant outside parties.
Develop a strategic plan for the financing of the future of the organization.
Prepare annual operating budget.
Plan and direct financial activities of the company.
Forecast revenue, actively manage the reconciliation process to optimize reimbursement.
Manage cash flow
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance required, MBA
Healthcare experience required (Medicare/Medicaid, cost reporting); Long Term Care Experience strongly preferred.
