If so, as an Accounting Manager at The Hultquist Firm, you will be a senior leader in driving our accounting work from start to quality completion. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and creative problem solving to add value to our clients that they wouldn?t get from most CPA firms. In addition, you will provide leadership and guidance to our staff accountants to empower them to deliver quality work on time.
We are looking for top-notch talent who has the ability to read between the lines on financial statements, listen to clients goals, and find innovative and complete solutions that make us a highly-valued asset to our clients. This requires deep subject matter expertise with the flexibility to come at a problem from multiple angles. A black and white, rigid box checker will not survive in this role.
