Software Engineer Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - FLEXTECHS, LLC is seeking a qualified software engineer for an opportunity within a growing Boise consulting firm. This position includes design, implementation, testing and deployment of software using a variety of development tools and technologies. Position Details:
Gathers and interprets user requirements into design specifications
Participate in internal and customer facing status meetings
Participates in creating technical designs
Implements various software components including but not limited to web applications using MVC, PHP, JavaScript Frameworks (Knockout JS, AngularJS), stored procedures, user defined functions and web services
Works as a steward toward budgets and time estimates
Thoroughly documents daily activities

Hold Bachelor?s degree/college credit in Computer Science or related field
Competent written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented and team player attitude
Has working knowledge of developing against Microsoft?s platform using C#
Has working knowledge of web front-end development including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS
Has working knowledge of relational databases and understands SQL, Stored Procedures, UDFs
Has experience with IIS, basic server administration, hosting environments
Experience with mobile application development (iOS, Android, HTML5)
Has working experience with version control software and best practices
Has experience developing and consuming web services
Has working experience with Visual Studio
Has experience working within an agile environment
Has experience working with revision control systems such as, Git, Hg, SVN
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills
