Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Job Opening in Arvada, Colorado - We are a locally owned, printing/marketing services company seeking hard working, motivated individual who has experience and knowledge of the printing and graphic arts world. We are a small business with several locations - we are committed to a team oriented work place. Fast paced Centers - high volume with quick turn times for projects. Positions will start at 40 hours per week.
The qualified individual would help manage the customer-facing portion of our fast-paced, growing Center. Day-to-day tasks will include: handling customers at the front counter, assisting outside-sales staff in preparing estimates and project management, answering phones, running state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, handling and preparing files for digital output, managing email flow in the Center and preparing estimates using the point-of-sale system.
Experience with customer service, printing industry, design software and computer systems, and digital printing all are a plus. We prefer experienced staff with a long-term commitment to the job. General requirements:
Print shop or marketing experience is preferred
Knowledge of the printing and graphics industry
Knowledge of promotional items a plus
Has the ability to manage various types of customers
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to multitask
Organization and time management skills
Experience with print estimating systems and basic design software
Team oriented mindset with the ability to independently conduct business with confidence to make decisions and work through various situations!
