The Restaurant Sales Representative is an entry-level role with a unique opportunity to help grow a first-of-its-kind service to restauranteurs. Working in-office, the role involves managing important aspects of both the customer and restaurant relationship management lifecycle from closing new restaurant partners and building long-term relationships with loyal restaurateurs. The role requires a unique combination of sales ability, rapport building skills, on-the-fly product education and creativity. You will collaborate across multiple disciplines to provide critical support on key sales that allow us to scale. This is a full-time role with room for career growth through managing other Restaurant Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities
Sales / Restaurant Sourcing: Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to get restaurants interested in Chowly. You'll spend a good portion of each day connecting with restaurants over the phone and via email, being the face of our brand to restaurants.
Negotiation and Deal Making: Lead contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a meaningful working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
Process Scaling: Chowly is a company that moves fast and grows faster. Help provide feedback on processes, whether it be prospecting, onboarding, account management, etc. in such a way that they fuel, rather than act as a bottleneck, on growth.
Collecting and Acting on Feedback: Leveraging SalesForce, create account management processes to stay in close communication with restaurant partners and incorporate feedback into process improvements on the ground.
Seize opportunities: Take ownership of Chowly?s restaurant growth, find creative new solutions and follow through with them to help our restaurant partners grow.
Qualifications
Experience making cold calls as well as working channels to produce warm leads
Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Gmail
Past experience with CRM, SalesForce in particular preferred
Higher Education or experience preferred
Ability to triage workload in a fast-paced high volume work environment
Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and routine assignments
Strong teamwork and communication skills -- will involve interfacing and supporting various functional departments
Strong work ethic and a hustle-first attitude
Mandarin and/or Spanish fluency is a plus
Passion for food, restaurants, the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
