BDC Representative/Finance and Sales Rep Job Opening in Decatur, Illinois - Automobile dealership looking for a telemarketer/sales representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss automobile purchase/financing options and set appointments to bring potential customers in the door. We?re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission and bonus checks. You will make approximately 100-150 calls per day to customers seeking automobile financing. Your goal is to convert them to appointments and potentially close sales. You must be able to:
Place multiple phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
Perform scripts (with necessary adjustments) to set appointments with potential clients
Properly collect all information on the credit application and any other necessary documents required to obtain a loan
Discuss personal credit
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential clients at all times
Have the ability to cope with rejection on daily basis
Be results driven and willing to work on salary plus commission basis
Have excellent phone manners and articulation

Salary: $36,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
