Personal Stylist Job Description: Personal Stylist's help our client's here at Bella Ella achieve their desired looks by aiding them in the selection of clothing and accessories. Personal Stylist's must identify the client's taste's, activities, body type and desired image in order to tailor a look to each clients need's. The objective is to help our client's look and feel their best.
Job Responsibilities: Partnering with the management team to meet and exceed individual and store sale's goal's. Influence customer's buying decision's by communicating information about value, quality and style of products, fit, fabric, price and care instructions. We are required to use Bella Ella's 7 step's of Selling to ensure the highest result's, Maintain visual standards set by the company, comply with all company policies and procedure's, Demonstrate a sales and customer happiness focused mindset, provide exceptional customer service, stay up to date on fashion trends and have interactive social skills to effectively communicate with customers and co-worker's.
10-30 hours a week.
Open availability Monday- Saturday is preferred.
Scheduling is flexible.
