Job Summary
This Full Time Sales Executive position is located in Salt Lake City, UT and reports directly to the Director of Sales. The Sales Executive will be expected to comprehend our technical differentiation, integrate those into business strategies and initiatives, and convey those advantages in a compelling manner in proposals and presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels
Demonstrated record of achievement by consistently outperforming quotes, winning sales awards, growing a market, etc
Ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
Resolve customer complaints and objections by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Maintain professional and technical knowledge on our products by attending educational workshops and trainings
Develop sales strategy for identified opportunities and drive process including deal structuring, pricing and proposal development in coordination with peer departments and supporting functions
Drive organization and deal structures to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
Perform strategic account development to align customer-specific needs with Alpenglow?s solutions while differentiating our value from the competition
Demonstrate strategic thinking by anticipating future trends through looking outward at the customer's? market, competition, and alternatives
Persist in the pursuit of account strategies exhibiting strength of purpose and determination in the face of challenges
Effectively position the strategic value of Sunus Solar?s solutions to key decision makers and influencers throughout the account
Provide accurate and current view of account penetration, sales performance, and customer satisfaction including the health of the funnel/pipeline
Strive to add customer-specific value through improving business processes by viewing situations from the customer's perspective
Qualifications
5-years of sales experience, in energy, systems, equipment, or related solutions sales
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in an engineering, business or finance discipline
Exceptional customer service and prospecting skills
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong financial business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in value based selling
