Office Manager Job Opening in Altoona, Wisconsin - Responsibilities:
Office Reception: Answer incoming phone calls in profession manner, route and take messages appropriately
Greet customers and assist with their needs
Create customer invoices
Responsible for daily deposit
Order inventory for office supplies
Take monthly meeting notes
Schedule customer appointments accordingly
Perform clerical duties such as; filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Maintain appearance of front desk, showroom, and waiting area
Accounts receivable
Entering all payable's into accounting system
Requirements:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with others in a team
