Job summary

This position is a full time accounting position. Responsibilities will include general ledger and balance sheet maintenance, generating financial statements and managerial reports, and HR and office administration assistance.
Summary of essential job functions
General Ledger, Balance sheet and Depreciation schedule maintenance
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for Manager?s meetings, Bank Meetings, and Manufacturers
Generate and work with CPA to submit Year End Financials and Tax Return
Asset depreciation and ROI tracking
Assist office manager to develop/maintain office budget
Work with department managers on specific reports as needed
Process payroll
Administrator of VT retirement plan
Administrator of VT insurance plan
Assist office with admin needs and answering phones
Attend monthly manager?s meetings
Minimum requirements
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting
Abilities required
Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Accurate, timely and detailed oriented
Physical Requirements
Significant amount of sitting and working at a desk/computer station
Wages and Benefits
$40,000-$60,000 annual salary depending on experience
