We are seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to join us at our offices in Seattle (SODO).
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Hi volume labor & Travel invoicing on time and accurately
Low volume Parts and Rental invoicing
Company Credit Card administration
Payroll
Experience:
Six months working in an accounting, Finance or Business function, with hands-on experience processing invoices and/or reconciling accounts.
Experience processing a high volume of invoices preferred.
Experience or exposure to processing payroll preferred
Education: Four year degree in Accounting, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
