The sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for a sales professional. This position is focused primarily on reaching out to customer leads in order to set up an in-home appointments with a Renewal by Andersen Sales Representative. The Confirmation Sales Consultant will perform the following job responsibilities:
Phone calls to prospects to confirm or reject appointments
Coordinating logistical issues with field sales representatives
Phone calls to prospects to reschedule previously cancelled appointments
Compensation & Benefits
Base $30 k + Bonus up to 30k or more. Total compensation potential $60k.

Qualifications
A successful Sales Rep will possess:
1+ years inside sales experience.
A proven track record of closing sales.
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation and results orientation.
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
Desire and ability to work in an inside sales center environment.
