Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/Technical Recruiter to help us grow our business in the Phoenix area. The individual must be highly motivated, energetic, have strong listening and communication skill and demonstrated a proven track record of selling staffing services to large and medium size companies in Phoenix or surrounding area. Responsibility: 1. Cold call potential customers for contract technology opportunities. 2. Establish relationships with hiring managers at new and existing clients. 3. Manage sales cycle from cold call to closing of deal Requirements: 1. 3 years of proven track record of selling staffing services to corporations in Phoenix, AZ. 2. Strong listening skill to understand and uncover clients* needs. 3. Very pleasant phone and in-person communication skill 4. Very positive and energetic personality 5. Detail oriented and persistent.
