Andujar Construction, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in our Charlotte, NC office. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

An Andujar Construction internship is filled with meaningful, challenging and diverse assignments intended to sharpen your functional skills while building out your broader business and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with HR/Payroll functions as needed
Assist Chief Financial Officer with financial functions
Enter Accounts Payable invoices as needed
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
Generate MS Excel spreadsheets for project costs
Miscellaneous accounting duties as assigned
Partner with professionals across the organization to provide perspective for various initiatives
Develop and work on a personal project
Needed
Requires strong working knowledge of Outlook
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail & organization
Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite
Will teach intern about in-house accounting software
Previous experience in accounting position or currently pursuing a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
Construction experience a plus!
Compensation
$10.00 per hour
25 - 40 hours per week
Dates for the start and end of the internship are August 21 - December 6, 2017. Year long dates are available.
