Part-Time Night Auditor Job Opening in Keene, New hampshire - Join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites we are looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor:
Follow the Company Standards and maintain a positive attitude. * Neat, clean, well groomed appearance. Appropriate uniform and name tag. * Complete knowledge of reservation system. Knowledge of brand programs. * Works in an efficient manner. Completes tasks, job duties, special projects and assignments in a timely manner. * Responsible for processing transactions accurately and balancing cash daily transaction all incoming calls professionally. Maintain clean and safe work areas. * Works well as a team member and independently. * Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, other amenities and the local area. * Communicates effectively with guests to understand their wants and needs ,accommodates appropriately with urgency. Complete the daily audit on time and ensuring all information is accurate. Input all daily information into Inflow.
Weekends and holidays are a must
Audit shift is: 11pm until 7am
Job Type: Part-time
