Hospital Collections Specialist Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - Hours: 730a - 5p w/ a 15 min break and 45 min lunch
Responsibilities:
Prepares and submits hardcopy billing claim packages, including collecting of all necessary materials for proper claim
Making payor specific data changes as required for accurate and timely billing
Reviews and corrects all necessary items reflected in electronic billing/rejection reports or online claim status query results
Requirements:
Medicare & Medicaid billing
UBO4 claims ONLY !
Ability to process over 75 claims/day
Any EMR experience
