Outside Sales Representative - Building Materials
Washington, DC
Currently looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to fill an opening with a provider of finish-out direct source building materials and 3PL services for multi-unit housing and hospitality construction projects based in Washington, DC. Interested candidates should have 3+ years of outside experience, with proven proficiency in selling, prospecting and presentation skills.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative - Building Materials
Develop and manage sales cycles from lead capture to sales closure
Lead introductory meetings with potential customers including positioning INTEGRIS Solutions value proposition
Make cold calls when appropriate and follow-up on leads generated from marketing and networking
Qualify sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of time and resources
Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative - Building Materials
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of outside experience, with proven proficiency in selling, prospecting and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team
Must be highly self-motivated and sales driven
Prepared for some domestic travel as required
Building Supply industry preferred, lighting experience a plus
