Senior Salesforce Developer Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - As a Senior Software Developer with experience on the Salesforce platform, you will work collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering to prototype, test, iterate and build solutions. You will contribute ideas and feasibility during the prototype/test phase of a project. Once a solution is discovered and a prototype is finalized, you will work with the agile development team in building the solution. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate and work with others to help drive innovation in the professional services industry as well as mentor junior level developer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write well designed, testable and efficient code
- Create feature sets for clients by developing front-end custom applications
- Proactively develop code with testing as a priority
- Maintain up-to- date job knowledge by proactively researching and studying software development technologies (current, new, emerging) and methodologies
- Demonstrate team leadership in attitude and practice
- Serve as a resource for technical questions from the team
- Collaborate with other members of the team/department to improve our products
- Learn and maintain product knowledge of 3rd party platforms/products that our software integrates with
- Work with Engineering team to complete backlog items/bug fixes
- Provide elevated product support to our clients (internal and external) for issues beyond the capabilities of standard support department knowledge
- Be prepared to provide internal training or knowledge transfer of our products or software technologies
Required Experience and Skills:
- Deep domain knowledge of developing for the Salesforce platform and proven experience navigating the platform
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Angular, Javascript, and Javascript libraries such as jQuery, as well as familiarity with Salesforce development
- Demonstrated track record of creating solutions within Salesforce and understanding the best ways to architect solutions within the platform
- Experience using the Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, etc.) to integrate outside data sources and to the Agile / Scrum environment
- Exposure to the Agile / Scrum environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
- 8 ?12 years of relevant development experience
