This Operations Analyst will support our top line growth when they provide strategic and analytical insights and actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this role, you must be expert in data analytics using Excel and other data visualization tools such as Tableau. You will need these skills to effectively analyze and report the progress of key projects and initiatives. You will own data quality management for our sales organization.
You bring with you a proven ability to perform analytics, track key performance indicators and present in a concise and simple manner for a wide range of audiences. You write decks and can create expert-level Power Point presentations.
Your strong problem solving and analytic skills support your ability to see the big picture and understand business goals. You can conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis, and create client presentations with clearly demonstrated operational results and forward looking strategy.

This highly collaborative role is based in Reston, Va, where you will closely with the sales, account management and executive teams as a direct report of the VP of Analytics.

Requirements:
Experience:
Required
1-2+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, and/or operational data analytics role.
Preferred
Experience working in high growth healthcare and/or fast-growing company
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in one of the following: Business, Finance, Engineering, or Statistics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required
Advanced level Excel (pivot tables and slicer, index, match, offset, arrays,vlookup, etc.)
Advanced level PowerPoint and Word
Extensive knowledge and proficiency with CRM tools (such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce)
Preferred
Experience in project management
