Marketing/Admissions Director Job Opening in Charlottesville, Virginia - Albemarle Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently accepting applications for the Director in our state of the art facility near Monticello High School. The Admissions Director is responsible for the overall development, coordination and implementation of all MFA admission management and census development proceedings within the Healthcare Center. The position has a dotted line of responsibility to the Regional Director of Census Development. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (1) securing targeted volume of admissions to assure that the Healthcare Center achieves and/or exceeds monthly budgeted census mix and revenue, (2) compiling and processing all daily census information within the MFA Corporate guidelines, (3) the effective procurement and management of the preadmission review process, (4) the quality implementation of all MFA admissions operational standards, policies (including scope of services), and procedures, (5) securing admission and bed retention payments in a timely manner, securing completing admission?s contracts within 24 hour of admission.
