Our software is based on the Sage platform and heavily utilizes Sage CRM and Sage 300 ERP. About the role
We?re looking for a technical consultant in Omaha, NE with accounting knowledge, savvy tech skills, who is passionate about meeting clients? needs and take the initiative to solve client problems.
Duties of this role are (but not limited to):
Conduct system modifications and releases to CRM/ERP systems
Ensure processes are being followed and key controls are in place to implement effective systems change management
Work in partnership with clients on implementations, upgrades, extensions, customizations, migrations, and more
Undertaking consulting work such as report writing, forms design, software testing, training, implementation where their skills are best used
Provide first line support for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issue
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience.
Good working knowledge of Sage CRM and Sage 300 or other accounting packages
Bachelors? Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical or functional experience implementing Sage CRM or Sage 300
Experience in two or more of the following: ASP classic, JavaScript, , CSS or HTML5.
Thorough knowledge of SQL Server and working with data
Experience with integration work, use of workflow and APIs
GIS bas map product skills (preferred)
