We offer our wireless retail sales consultants an hourly wage based on experience, also commissions on sales, as well as bonuses and Sprint incentives that allow our good salespeople to earn $32,000 per year and excellent salespeople to earn over $38,000 per year.

AMONG YOUR DAILY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A WIRELESS RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT:
Responsible for selling products and services to new and existing customers
Responsible for representing yourself in a way that reflects well on Focal Point and Sprint
Responsible for enthusiastically promoting your store and meeting or exceeding established sales goals
Responsible for handling customer service issues in a professional manner
Responsible for merchandising the store to maintain optimum appearance and effectiveness as established by Focal Point and Sprint
Responsible for staying current with all trainings and updates that are communicated to you by Focal Point and Sprint
Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
Responsible for cold calling and supporting sales cross-promotions
Must be able to work independently and within a team in a retail storefront
Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, responsible for being on time and on task
Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently with minimal supervision
Professional appearance and the ability to work early evenings and weekends
