Requirements: -Bachelors of Exercise Physiology OR -Bachelors of OR -Bachelors of Health Science with exercise experience OR -Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training (ATC license) Job Description The Exercise Specialist (ES) is a non-licensed employee who has successfully completed a 4-year degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or similar degrees. Primary function shall be to assist in patient care under the direction of the physical therapist and work with wellness clients. The ES will also train and supervise the volunteers, assist the PT in training and supervision of the health profession student interns that are not students of physical therapy, oversee the cleaning of the facility, and shall perform other designated routine tasks related to the operation of the clinic so the patient care moves smoothly and each patient receives maximum care at every visit.
