Corporate Communications Administrator Job Opening in Springfield, Missouri - SUMMARY: This position is the Company?s first impression to our customers and employees. Building and maintaining good working relationships with our customers, employees and vendors is critical to the success of the business flow. Confidentiality is the most important element of this position. In addition other duties to support administrative and accounting teams will be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone.
Issues visitor badges.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone or e-mail.
Appropriately answer phones and transfer calls with the correct information.
Process mail/open checks and A/P department mail.
Send out Fed Ex.
Update Phone/e-mail listings as needed.
Order product for the conference room.
Retrieve mail from outside mailbox.
Order and apply postage for postage machine and process postage on mail.
Order supplies for company including ordering copy paper, forms, and checks.
Process credit card ?Swipe? transactions into eoStar
Process Service Tickets through Service Source.
Print and send invoices to customers as needed.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of eoStar.
Responsible for keeping the front office area clean and organized
Other duties as assigned by CFO, Manager or Supervisor
