Summary: As an Staff Accountant with Baker Enterprises you would be responsible for the following:
Tracking construction costs for building projects.
Making deposits at bank
Data Entry into Quickbooks for multiple Companies (Billing, Invoicing, Payroll, Banking Reconciliation, preparing financial reports, etc.
Tracking Assets and Liabilities in Quickbooks.
Qualifications:
Accounting
Proficient in Quickbooks Pro.
Must have experience answering phones for busy office
Advanced Excel Skills as person will be responsible for collecting a lot of data and tracking so must have experience with spreadsheets and formulations.
Need to be extremely organized to keep track of all paperwork for sales team (bids, material lists, contracts, etc.)
Experience in Landscape or Construction industry a plus
