Web Application Developer Job Opening in Rockville, Maryland - Kalibri Labs LLC is a Big Data analytics company specializing in the Hospitality Industry. The company was founded in 2012 and has grown to 25 employees with hiring plans to double in size.
We are seeking to grow our web platform development team and their ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain production-grade web applications.
Qualifications
Solid experience with modern, reactive JavaScript frameworks, ideally Angular (version 2+) with TypeScript, HTML, CSS3
Solid experience testing frontend components as part of a build process, especially involving the use of mocks
Knowledge of frontend dependency management best practices
Proficiency at designing reusable UI components and routes
Proficiency in at least one general purpose programming language, ideally Java
Good analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and understanding
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Good communication skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements
Experience working as part of a team using Agile development methodologies
Desire to stay up to date with modern techniques and evolving technologies
Positive attitude and mentality
