Primary responsibility is the analysis, development, and support of Information Systems solutions. Responsibilities include; Help desk support, desktop end user support, workstation applications and peripherals support, Printing and document management support, IT documentation creation management and support, enterprise application support, computer network administration and support, security administration, telecommunications administration and support, IT project support tasks.
Desktop workstation problem troubleshooting and support for Hardware, Software, Network connectivity
Desktop Application support of Electronic Medical Records Support Software
Hardware Application and Equipment Support of: Printers, Phones, Network Equipment? Medical Equipment, Computers, Imaging Equipment, Software application troubleshooting and administration of the above listed devices
Phone system endpoint support and administration
End User account administration (Microsoft Active directory)
Supporting and assistance of Network engineering tasks and administration
Support and assistance of departmental administrative tasks
Support and assistance with IT projects
Support and assistance with Software development tasks
Support and assistance with end user training and procedural documentation
Support and assistance with HIPAA compliancy efforts, procedural documentation and administration
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help Desk/Desktop support * Phone system support * E.H.R. software support * Desktop software support * Software development * Network infrastructure support * Hardware support * Documentation technical/training * Acts as software and network hardware support to the entire urgent care community, providing technical assistance to all staff. Responds to user requests for service and determines nature and extent of support needed. Provides support or refers to the appropriate staff member. * Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of software and hardware used throughout the ICCO, LLC operations. Performs hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed. * Responds to software problem calls on site, over the phone, or remotely. Investigates appropriate areas of potential problem and determines resolution. * Provides support across the company and determines a resolution to any issue presented. * Contacts software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other purchase related information needed to guide departments in their selection of software. May assist in negotiating site licenses and coordinates volume purchase arrangements for standard software packages. OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serving as consultation for the research of software, hardware, computer peripherals, accessories, and other items related to a network environment * Implementing computer software, hardware, and other accessories as specified. * Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor. * IT Documentation Development Management & Administration * Project management abilities and process knowledge * Ability to communicate professionally with management and employees
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: (The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.) * Depending on the assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to heavy weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. * Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to work in a medical field. Possible exposure to infectious diseases, blood, bodily fluids, and traumatic situations. Will travel to satellite sites. Ability to take on stressfully technical issues * This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information; requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management and one must follow rules in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years of experience in an equivalent information technology field
Computer hardware support knowledge * Computer software support knowledge
Computer programming knowledge
Computer and wiring infrastructure knowledge
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday with possible work day during the week. 15-25 hours pre week.
