B2C Inbound Sales Representatives Job Opening in Germantown, Maryland - Lurn, Inc., the transformational home for entrepreneurs, is a digital marketing company based in Germantown, MD that helps individuals start and grow their on-line business. We provide educational services, technology, training through course content, live workshops, and coaching.
We are seeking Inbound Sales Specialists who are passionate about high-impact sales and whose values align with the LURN culture. These are hybrid positions combining both phone sales and lead qualification responsibilities. These are high-growth positions making it both challenging and interesting opportunities.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day aligning students with relevant programs, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. No cold calling. All potential clients have requested info and are expecting a representative to contact them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new sales opportunities and create outreach strategies thru inbound lead follow-up
Have a sales first mentality with a high-degree of integrity and client needs approach.
Understand client needs and requirements
Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns (website traffic, email campaigns)
Understand our mission and how to tell compelling stories which offer valuable and unique perspectives
Lead our prospects through a challenger sales approach that delivers value.
Align qualified lead opportunities to the appropriate Closer for further development and sales completion.
Record and maintain the lead/opportunity data in our CRM sales database (Close I.O.), ensuring its accuracy, currency, and completeness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Three to five years sales experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills (An absolute MUST).
Excellent listener who knows how to ask effective follow-on questions
Familiarity with CRM or sales automation software is a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must possess good self-confidence, a high degree of , and great tenacity to achieve goals

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is full-time, commissions-based only position.
