We now have over 700 franchises open across 15 countries. Now we are finally moving into the Washington DC area with the third location in the 14th and U Street area. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Sales Associates that have outstanding proven sales record and a background in service excellence for our professional group fitness training facility.

Be a part of Orangetheory Fitness of 14th Street, DC. Orangetheory Fitness is looking for full and part-time associates to join our growing Sales Team. Looking for people that have a flexible schedule and able to work weekday morning, evenings as well as weekends. It is a high-spirited, health conscious environment with great energy focused on making positive and meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance sales indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition)
Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program
Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
Lead OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment in the OTF studio
Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures
Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
Participate in minimum of 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
Processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients
Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
Conduct proper on-boarding all new OTF members
Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit
Attend and participate in all relative OTF training programs

Must have a passion for people
Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
Must have previous sales customer service experience
Must be willing to enthusiastically sell based on a quota and commission-based pay structure
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment.
Must be able to work as a team with other Sales Associates and Trainers/Coaches
Must be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel
Health and fitness minded applicants are preferred
High school diploma is required
Orangetheory Fitness offers competitive compensation with hourly base pay plus commission and a top-notch working environment.
Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time schedules. Living close to 14th Street, DC is strongly preferred.
