HDT is changing the Internet game in Hawaii. We need a talented and extremely motivated Sales Account Manager who is a creative team player, highly self motivated, driven and goal oriented with the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Success Factors:
Research and develop leads with both new and existing opportunities
Convert leads into customers
Successfully track and hit monthly activity metrics for sales
Generate a minimum of 40 new leads through events, email, online, research, social media, referrals and direct contact
Attend at-least 4 networking events per month
Coordinate, deliver and assist in closing a minimum of $4K per month in sales
Weekly reporting on sales processes and sales forecasts
Assist the company in reaching monthly sales goals
Follow up with prospects and clients
Assist in client relations to see projects through to successful delivery
Serve as a liaison between Operations, Accounting, and customers
Assist in driving brand awareness of the company

You need to be:
Minimum of 5 years sales/business development experienced required, and telecommunications experience preferred
Comfortable engaging others in conversations with C-level decision makers and subject matter experts
Comfortable routinely working independently in the field to generate new leads and opportunities
Comfortable routinely attending networking events to make new connections and build relationships
Demonstrate active listening in order to produce great customer experience
Interpret customer needs and anticipate solutions
Organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-pace environment.
